Kickball

I’m laying this out there to see if there’s enough interest to go forward, and if so, where to hold this.

It’s gettin to the summertime, baby.  We don’t have to stay indoors at the bar, in fear of cold, rainy nights.  We can get outside.  Get outside, and make some love.  On the kickball field.

Kickball is an activity pursued by kindergarteners and hipsters alike, requiring a combination of skill and fortitude to lead a squad of 11-13 to the promise land.  Boys have become men on the kickball field; Barack Obama was captain of his 3rd grade team, and look where he is now!  You guys like the Obama, no?  That’s what the tumblr tells me.  

If you’re interested in this timeless activity, please respond within the comments field, and if you have an idea of where to hold this, by all means, make some suggestions.  A place that allows beer consumption is a bonus!  This is a nice, leisurely Sunday afternoon activity, and if we’re going to do this, we’ll shoot for sometime in June.  Let’s get busy.
