I’m looking to fill the two rooms in my apartment, opening up by July. I’ve lived in the apartment for almost two years, love the space and love the neighborhood.

WHAT: Chips, salsa, frozen margaritas
WHERE: Caliente Cab Company, the most obnoxious Mexican restaurant in the world. 61 7th Ave South at Bleecker St. It is bright red/yellow, you can’t miss it.
WHEN: 6 p.m.
I am going to get there early to put our name in, so send on a reblog or shoot me an email if you are coming so I have an accurate head count. If the wait is crazy,which it shouldn’t be, there are tons of other places around, so no worries.
This isn’t going to be insane, just a couple of drinks and some mexican food. And no, those are not famous last words.
brunch y cinco de mayo
I know we were maybe going to do brunch today, but we never (I never?) full planned that out. Many apologies for people who wanted to go and celebrate Derby style.
Unless…I just woke up (thanks Hotel QT…and Mike…) so maybe some of you met up already?
If not, I’m hoping to grab some margaritas y salsa for Cinco de Mayo on Monday. Location coming on Monday morning.

it ended up being a late and fabulous one and it was great to get to talk to some new people, reconnect with friends, and hang with the tumblr godfathers who we are awesome and totally patient with all of our questions about what it is like to rule the tumblr free world :)
if you haven’t been to hotel QT, you should go at least once. it is a fun spot and the pool is both hilarious and dangerous.
